A Smoothie Bowl A Day 💕

Ahhhh … Breakfast … And then the age old question.. “What am I going to have .???”

I am an absolute Oats Lover .. have been for .. I don’t even know when I started having oats .. and yes, I have them EVERY DAY …

So, what do I top my bowl with ?? Seriously .. Anything goes..

I have written a list of some toppings I add to my bowl ..

Pepitas, sunflower seeds, frozen berries, coconut, cacao nibs, granola (I buy ready made 😉), fresh fruits, cocoa powder, inca berries, nuts, nut butters, cereal, chocolate ( a personal fave of mine) , vanilla, dates, yoghurt, dried fruit, puffed cereals, and baby peas .. yep.. peas.. try it.. it may become a fave of yours too ..

The possibilities are endless ..
