Christmas Party Prep

🎄 Who gets a little excited that Christmas is in the air .. a big hands up from me !! 🙋🏼‍♀️

Now who gets overwhelmed with the thought of parties and extra food.. yes.. I think we all do ..

My way of dealing with these social events is to carry on as normal. If it’s a lunch party, eat a healthy breakfast.

A breakfast like this would be a fantastic choice. Avocado provides healthy fats, fiber and antioxidants. This will keep you full till your party.

If it’s a dinner event, eat a healthy salad with a protein and a healthy fat. This again will keep you full and away from the fried nibbles and sweet desserts .. 😉

If by chance you do over indulge, don’t feel bad or skip meals the next day to compensate ..

A glass of lemon water on waking and a morning walk or bike ride will have you ready to see the day through.

Christmas is a wonderful time of the year so if we can manage these extra social events .. we can handle ANYTHING!!!
