
I love Pumkin .. I guess itโs no surprise as it is on my plate EVERYDAY .. yes .. every day.. If I could have bought shares in Pumkin Farms ๐ oh .. and Blueberry Farms .. I would be ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ !!!! It seems that these little food gems are everywhere and Iโm so glad they are as the nutritional benefits and antixoidants in them are amazing ..
So, as I sat scrolling through my phone on a Sunday and feeling hungry as usual (donโt judge) I came up with a treat .. no tricks here though .. so simple anyone can do it.. Some of my creations turn out pretty good and others .. well, I wouldnโt even have Miley test them for me .. ๐๐ ..
So.. without further anticipation.. Here it is!
1 cup of baked pumpkin (cooled)
1 heaped teaspoon of cocoa powder
And about 2 tablespoons of milk of your choice (I use Almond but coconut would taste pretty good too)
Blend it all up and scoop into a glass. I topped with blueberries, yoghurt and pumpkin seeds plus you can put Maple Syrup on top too .. itโs moussey and itโs creamy and itโs delicious ๐.
