I love Pumkin .. I guess it’s no surprise as it is on my plate EVERYDAY .. yes .. every day.. If I could have bought shares in Pumkin Farms 🎃 oh .. and Blueberry Farms .. I would be 💰💰💰💰 !!!! It seems that these little food gems are everywhere and I’m so glad they are as the nutritional benefits and antixoidants in them are amazing ..
So, as I sat scrolling through my phone on a Sunday and feeling hungry as usual (don’t judge) I came up with a treat .. no tricks here though .. so simple anyone can do it.. Some of my creations turn out pretty good and others .. well, I wouldn’t even have Miley test them for me .. 🙈😂 ..
So.. without further anticipation.. Here it is!
1 cup of baked pumpkin (cooled)
1 heaped teaspoon of cocoa powder
And about 2 tablespoons of milk of your choice (I use Almond but coconut would taste pretty good too)
Blend it all up and scoop into a glass. I topped with blueberries, yoghurt and pumpkin seeds plus you can put Maple Syrup on top too .. it’s moussey and it’s creamy and it’s delicious 😋.
