Chia Pudding

I have to admit that it took me a while to try this pudding.. I have been eating Chia seeds in my Overnight Oats for years but to actually have them without Oats .. hmmm.. So I made the brave decision to try them.  My star sign is 🐮 Taurus, so very stubborn and don’t like change..  I tried them and yes.. they are really good.. As there is no taste in the seeds, this allows you to add any fruit or flavour you desire .. I also add it to my Overnight Oats .. yeah .. I know.. my morning is not complete without them.. 

Serves 1

2 tablespoons Chia seeds ( I used white but you can use the black too) 

1/2 cup of milk of your choice ( I use Almond / Coconut Blend)

2-3 tsp Maple Syrup ( add a little more for extra sweetness) 

A small pinch of shredded coconut 

Put in fridge overnight or till it thickens then have fun adding your different fruits..you can thin it out with a little extra milk too ..
