My go to breakfast everyday is .. Overnight Oats .. I love them and have had them everyday for .. well .. 😳 Ever … I make them through the day so they are always ready to go the next day .. They fill me up and are always choc full of nutrients. I am a mindful eater which in my terms is eating for health. It has always been a priority to look for the best in my foods as 1. I love being healthy 2. I hate being sick. Now, don’t get me wrong, I have had a few things just this year, damaged tendon in foot, sinus plus a few skin cancers cut out. I look at things like this to either be signs as in rest or the way I can bounce back fast. Colds never last longer than a week and they never hit me twice. I certainly put this down to the ingredients that I include in my daily meals. I’m always using anti inflammatoy spices and have loads of vegetables with all my meals.
So this is my basic Oats.. then I zush it up with .. well good stuff of course.
Here are just a few things I like to add :
OATS, Turmeric, Maca, cinnamon, Spirulina, Lucuma, mesquite, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pepitas, cacao nibs, chia seeds, protein powder, blueberries, raspberries, granola, coconut
