I have a confession to make.. I love food.. oh.. you already knew that..?? Ok .. 2nd confession.. I don’t share my food.. I really love Bliss Balls and whenever I make them, the recipe makes at least 20.. which makes it easier to 1. Eat more and 2. The need to share them with everyone .. Refer to 2nd confession.. Anyway, I came up with the idea to make a single serve which consists of only 2 balls.. Perfect with that afternoon coffee and if you are into sharing, you have one to share..
2 medjool dates soaked in water
2 tbsp Almond Meal
1 tsp sunflower seeds
Put the dates in the blender (discard the water) almond meal and sunflowers and blend till combined. Mix will be sticky.. Roll mix into 2 Balls with hands. I rolled these in shredded coconut and Du Chocolat Sugar Free chocolate powder. You can also roll them in chia seeds, hazelnut meal or cacao.
