Maple Pecan OO

Maple Pecan Overnight Oats

In my endless endeavor to create delicious Overnight Oats recipes, I came up with this little treat.  It looks warm and cozy and it is very delicious. It has been cold on the Coast, I will have to say for us, but when I say cold  it is only moderately cold… Mornings are down to 7 degrees which are cold, but warm up beautifully through day… That’s Queensland weather for you..



1/2 cup rolled oats

2 tsp pumpkin seeds

1 tsp sunflower seeds

1 tsp chia seeds

4 pecans

1 Brazil nut

I used Inca Berries but feel free to use sultanas

1/2 tsp cinnamon

(I also add Turmeric as this is what helps with my joints but keep in mind it does have a strong taste)

add enough filtered water or milk to cover oats and pop in fridge overnight

In the morning add extra milk as the oats soak up the water.

I used coconut yoghurt on top but feel free to use Plain Greek Yoghurt and then I put a small squirt of sugar free Maple syrup on top and some shredded coconut….  As it is “cold” you can use warm milk if you choose..   Enjoy.. xx
